If your purchase doesn't quite feel right, we've built a simple, hassle-free return process to make things easy — because bringing the warmth of Italy into your space should feel effortless from the moment you order to the moment you decide.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our team at info@casavellum.com. Please include your order number in your message so we can locate it quickly.

After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you're still covered — you may return the item after delivery in accordance with the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original condition with no signs of wear or installation
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included

Our editorial support team will guide you through the return process from start to finish — no confusing forms, no hidden steps.

Restocking Fee: £0 — we do not charge any restocking fees on standard returns.

Return Costs

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • Is incorrect (you received the wrong item)
  • Was damaged during shipping by the carrier
  • Is defective in any way

In these cases, Casavellum covers all return shipping costs and either replaces the item or issues a full refund, based on your preference.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you're returning an item because it simply wasn't the right fit for your home, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was ordered
  • The item does not fit your space
  • The item is no longer wanted

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable in change-of-mind returns.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is straightforward. Just follow these three steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us
Email info@casavellum.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Step 2 — Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation you received with your order.

Step 3 — Send It Back
Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method we recommend in that email.

Refund Process

Once your return is on its way back to us, here's what happens next:

Inspection
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, in original condition, complete with packaging and accessories).

Refund Timing
After your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method — the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We're happy to accept exchanges. If you'd like to swap your item for a different size, finish, or product entirely, simply contact us at info@casavellum.com, and our editorial support team will guide you through a quick exchange.

Order Not Delivered

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@casavellum.com with your order number. We will immediately investigate the situation with the carrier on your behalf.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost to you

Whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. Any product that falls into this category will be clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" on its individual product page before you purchase — so there are never any surprises.
