Bring a bold, modern look to your morning coffee with the Casavellum Black Moka Pot. Made from heavy gauge 18/8 stainless steel in a black finish, it brews full-bodied, espresso-style coffee on the stovetop. It works on induction, gas, ceramic and electric cooktops, so it fits almost any kitchen.
Thoughtful details make daily brewing easy. A certified safety valve regulates pressure, a non-drip spout pours cleanly, and the hollow, heat-resistant handle is designed to stay comfortable to hold. An included reducer fits into the funnel when you want to brew a smaller amount, and a spare silicone gasket is supplied. Choose 200 ml / 6.8 fl oz, 300 ml / 10.1 fl oz or 500 ml / 16.9 fl oz to suit your routine. To brew, fill the base with cold water below the max line, add fine-ground coffee to the funnel and level it gently, then screw the two halves together tightly and place on the heat.
Remove the pot as soon as the coffee has finished rising into the upper chamber. A little water left in the base is normal and is a safety feature. The body gets hot while brewing, so use the handle and keep out of reach of children while in use. Let it cool fully before opening, then hand wash, dry with a soft towel and avoid overheating.
